- Incorporation of Companies & LLP ALL OVER INDIA(including OPC, NBFC and NIDHI Companies).
- Incorporation of NBFC and NIDHI Companies.
- E-voting Poll & Postal ballots.
- Compiling agenda, notice and minutes of the Board Meeting, Annual/ Extra Ordinary General Meeting and various other committee meetings constituted by the Board.
- Change of Registered Office, Name, Objects, Increase in Authorized Capital, Alteration of Memorandum & Article of Association, etc
- Maintaining necessary records and registers (Both Physical & Electronic) as required under the Act (CA,1956 and CA,2013).
- Preparing and filing necessary documents including annual Reports etc, with Registrar of Companies.
