CS Pramod Kumar Sharma (Company Secretary and Insolvency Professional)

CS Pramod Kumar Sharma, is a Graduate in Science (B.Sc) and Law (LL.B), Masters in Law (LL.M) and Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (MPM & IR) and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Insolvency Professional under IBC, 2016. With a rich experience of more than 20 years Mr. Sharma is presently occupied as Practising Company Secretary in Agra, providing Consultancy in Corporate Law and Issue matters to the Industry, including representing them at Company Law Board and other Government Authorities.
Prior to entering the profession of Company Secretaries as an independent professional, Mr Sharma has held various positions in the Industry, the last being as Company Secretary & Executive-HR with Vacmet Packagings (India) Private Limited (now known as Vacmet India Limited). Earlier Mr. Sharma had worked with one renowned listed NBFC and Hotel Industry.
He has hand on experience in Secretarial Audit, Approvals of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Compounding of offences under the provisions of the Companies Act,1956, Corporate Governance Auditors and FEMA Compliance and Management Consultants. Mr. Sharma is also engaged in general and specific consultancy on Company Law matters, Resolution by Postal Ballot of Client Companies, Compliance of Listing Agreements and SEBI, Mergers / Amalgamations / Takeovers of Companies, Matters relating to Issue of Capital, including Private Placements and Appearance before NCLT and NCLAT. He has good experience in Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Liquidation Process also including to act as Resolution Professional. Mr. Sharma has so far undertaken Eight Assignment of CIRP in his name as IRP and/or RP. Also Mr. Sharma is empanelled as Insolvency Professional with many Banks and Financial Institutions such as SBI, OBC, BOI, IDBI ,PNB , UBI and some others.

CS AKASH JAIN (Company Secretary)

CS. Akash Jain, is a Post Graduate in Commerce (M.Com) and Law (LL.B.) from Agra University, Agra, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and is presently occupied as a Company Secretary in Whole-time Practice since 2010. He is having 9 years or more experience in Excise, Service Tax, GST and FEMA. Mr. Jain has rich experience in Trade Marks and Intellectual Property Rights. He also provides Consultancy Services in Corporate Law, and Corporate Restructuring including representing them at various Government Authorities.

CA Pawan Shiv Goyal (Chartered Accountant)

CA Pawan Shiv Goyal, is a Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) from Agra University, Agra, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and is presently occupied as a Chartered Accountant in Whole-time Practice since 1999, providing Consultancy Services in Income Tax, Audit and Finance to the Industry, including representing them at Income Tax and other Government Authorities.
He has hand on experience in Statutory Audit, internal audit, concurrent audit, tax audit, inspection audit, Stock audit, revenue, investigation and specific assignments Audit. He also renders services in sales tax and Service tax such as representation of cases, Preparation and Filing of Returns, Registration Certificate and Cancellation thereof etc., Mr. Goyal is also engaged in rendering services loan and financing.

Adv. Akhil Maheshwari (Advocate)

Akhil Maheshwari, is a Post Graduate in Science (M.Sc, Electronics), Post Graduate in Business Management, (MBA, Finance) and is Bachelor of Law (L.L.B) from Agra University, Agra, and an Advocate, registered with Bar Council of UP & a member with Taxation Bar Association, Agra and is providing Consultancy Services in Income Tax Law & Project Finance matter related to Corporate funding in the form of both secured loans as well Equity and other long term finance matter since more than 15 yrs.
Earlier he had worked as Officer (Accounts & Finance) with Limited Co. at Noida & then shifted as Head, (Finance) with a Limited Company in Agra with aggregate corporate employment experience of more than 10 years.

Adv. Bhagwan Das Agrawal (Advocate)

Bhagwan Das Agrawal , is a Graduate in Science (B.Sc) and Law (L.L.B) from Agra University, Agra, is presently occupied as a advocate practicing in sales tax/GST since 2001, providing Consultancy Services in GST registration, annual forms and other compliances relating to GST and Issue matters to the Industry, including representing them at Appellate and other Government Authorities.
